These pastel shoulder ruffles are a dream. They're soft and textured and pretty fairy-floss coloured. If you love a dramatic shoulder - this is it.
The top is flat and stretchy cotton elastane fabric and sizing is normal, not large or small. To wash, turn it inside out and pop it in a bra bag, cold/delicate machine wash and line dry. Handmade in Brisbane.Â
